Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage bar patrons, assessing patron needs, making recommendations
  • Sharing menu knowledge with bar guests, making upsells and giving recommendations
  • Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing, serving beverages and food
  • Checking Identification
  • Taking inventory
  • Ability to handle cash and card transactions
  • Improving bar knowledge
  • Accomplish any opening or closing duties

Requirements

  • High level of endurance and mental acuity
  • Ability to effectively manage bar presence
  • Conflict resolution skills and remaining calm under pressure
