Duties and Responsibilities

  • Replenish and ensure beauty of the gourmet food bar
  • Provides support in the preparation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe
  • Creates proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts
  • Ensure that all inventory and fresh produce are to the highest standards
  • Ensures cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas of work
  • Assists in tracking expiration dates
  • Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products
  • Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.

Requirements

  • Restaurant experience preferred, not required.
  • Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
  • Must be able to work a varying schedule, to include evenings, weekends, and holidays
